April Fools Party of Surprise
Most enjoy the usual type of entertainment available at a typical barbecue or celebration with anticipated foods and ornaments that accompany them. On April Fools' Day surprise is the main ingredient.

Mommy Guilt

Workaholic Mommy Guilt and How to Cope
Mommy guilt is very common. Take it from someone who knows. Though I am a Psychotherapist and hear all the mommy guilt stories from my clients, this unfortunately, is written from my own experience.

If only we can turn back the clock and have another chance.
Through the storms He showed me the silver linnings. Now it is my turn to show them to him.

Cooking light

Cooking Light

by Lorraine Blum

Einstein coined the phrase “Imagination is more important than Knowledge.” I believe it is one of the most important ingredients for a great cook. We would not even have a stove without it.

So let me suggest that you let your imagination take you into your kitchen tonight to explore your culinary talents. Try the recipe in this article or something new of your own design.

I began to realize the benefits of Cooking Light when I was in danger of having another heart attack, if I did not change my diet.

One does not have to sacrafice taste when they use lighter methods of cooking. There are healthy, light mouth watering dishes you can create easily and quickly that will keep you alive longer and looking younger.

Here is one of my favorites;

Thai Garlic Salmon

1 pound Salmon 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic

1/4 cup (or more) Teriyaki sauce 1/4 teaspoon Prepared mustard

Wash and put fish in lightly greased oven pan.

Mix Teriyaki sauce with garlic and mustard and pour on fish.

Cover lightly with oven wrap and bake 350 or broil for about ten minutes or less.

There was a time when we hunted for what we would later have for dinner. Now it is a quick trip to the nearest supermarket or out to a restaurant.
With our imagination, we were able to invent the tools we needed to get to this point in time. If in a hurry, instead of a pan in the oven, use a microwavable paper plate with a piece of plastic wrap on top just touching it. Cook in microwave for about three minutes or less.

The taste is best when it is cooked, but almost raw.

Once you take the first bite, I believe you will want to cook this way again so continue to use your imagination while Cooking Light.
